I had a memorable encounter with a fellow community member while wearing my ‘Still A Gay’ tee the other day.

As I approached a restaurant patio, a woman sitting there made eye contact with me after reading my shirt. She reached out, extended her foot from under the table, and said with a smile, ‘Still in sensible shoes.’

Her laugh and wink were priceless.
